Dear Dr Tran and staffThank you for your caring help over the years. I was not aware that my limit was $1500.00 and that it had been met due to the charges of the orthodontist I had visited. Apparently there is a 'tier' system on my plan and there is a $3000.00 limit at another clinic. My apologies for any misunderstanding that has occurred. I will probably visit in the future since my experience has always been superior at your clinic. Sincerely, Mark Leo
