Walk into his filthy Little River office and you’ll mostly see senior citizens—his main targets. He lures them in with fake “discount” offers, then pressures them into overpriced, unnecessary treatments. I came in for a minor chin concern—he talked me into $6k of CoolSculpting I never asked for, claiming guaranteed results. It left me worse off. When I demanded answers, he ghosted me—then sent the police to my door for “harassment.” His assistant Courtney helps run the operation, and he buries real reviews under fake ones he replies to himself. He fled complaints in Florida and picked up where he left off in South Carolina. I’ve reported him to the state medical board and a state investigator is now reviewing the case. Avoid this place at all costs.
