Dr. Higgins is the best doctor I’ve had in my life. He did my eye surgery, because I had a clogged tear duct and it went smoothly. I went through multiple specialists for my eye; however, Dr. Higgins is the only one who could cure it. Not only is he a great doctor, he is a kind and caring person. He’s changed my life for the better! I’m beyond grateful to have met him. I wish I could give him 10 stars instead.
