I’ll break down my review in several aspects related to the doctor himself, his office, staff, and why I highly recommend Dr. Thomas Toussaint. First and foremost, finding an OBGYN you trust, especially late in pregnancy, can be incredibly difficult. When I was 28 weeks along and no other doctor would take me, Dr. Thomas Toussaint welcomed me into his care without hesitation. That alone speaks volumes about his compassion, and integrity. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt at ease. His staff is warm, professional, and always attentive. They treat you with genuine kindness and respect, making each visit feel personal rather than rushed. They also quickly helped me with my FMLA and all the related accommodations paperwork. The office itself is also very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. Dr. Toussaint has excellent bedside manners. He listens carefully, explains things thoroughly, and truly takes his time with each patient. It’s rare to find a doctor who doesn’t rush you through your appointment, and with him, I always felt like my concerns were heard and addressed with care and patience. One of the things I appreciated most was how supportive he was of my birthing choices. Whether it was wanting to hold my baby immediately after birth or discussing what I wanted to do with the placenta, he listened without judgment and respected. Another standout aspect of his care is his expertise in pelvic floor health and vaginal reconstructive procedures. This level of specialization is such a benefit, especially postpartum. He brings both skill and empathy to every conversation. In my experience, his medical care, attention to detail, and compassion are outstanding. I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Toussaint. He took me in when I needed care the most and has consistently gone above and beyond. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, experienced, and dedicated OBGYN, I genuinely can’t recommend him enough. He personally delivered my baby at the hospital with such expertise! Dr.T truly is the very best of the best!
