I have been a patient of this doctor since 2017 and have always found him knowledgable, friendly and helpful. However since the Pandemic it has been impossible to get an appointment with him. I don't visit Drs. often and when I call for an appointment it is usually my last resort and I feel quite sick. It has happened twice now that the Dr. (or his staff) refused to make an appointment for me. The first time I had already been feeling sick with some kind of stomach illness for more than a week when I tried to make an appointment with him (He is my PC dr. after all.) His staff insisted I rather go to the ER. The second time was recently. I felt really sick with flue/ sinus infection symptoms (not Covid) but what really bothered me was the anxiety and heart palpations I was feeling. I left a message on the voicemail for his office as they never answered their phones after countless calls. It is now a week later and they still have not called me. ENT ended up prescribing Antibiotics.
