I made an appointment to see Dr.Vo after learning my primary doctor's schedule was full, the office receptionist recommended I make an appointment with Dr. Vo who had openings. On the day of my appointment I checked in for my appointment online and in person. Dr. Vo came into my exam room saying she is refusing to see me. I asked her why and she could not give me a legitimate reason. She left me in the exam room never to return. I eventually got help from office staff.
