I was so excited to begin with Dr. T. I just had a really terrible experience at a doctor's office and I made the decision to finally go concierge, thinking that that would get me a better doctor and better service. I actually really loved the initial appointment, Dr. T spent more time with me than any doctor has previously. At the first appointment we set our next appointment. This second appointment was to be a weight check, and a simple follow-up. I showed up today exactly at my appointment time, to find an open, empty, office. Via email, I learned they forgot my appointment, claiming it wasn't scheduled. There was absolutely not any sense of care about the office being open. Dr. T's lack of responsibility in this and overall ambivalence is shocking. I will not be returning.
