I would highly recommend Dr. Tia Jackson-Bey! She has a calming demeanor. She provided detailed explanations on the procedure and what to expect. She answered ALL my questions before the process began. She impressed me in general by not only being knowledgeable about the procedure I wanted performed but looking at my overall fertility health and addressing additional concerns. She even came in on her day off in order to do the procedure which technically can be done by any of providers. As a result of her care, I feel more confident in my overall fertility health. Special thanks to coordinator Nayelyn. She kept me updated with appointments, medications and all the minor details.
