Dr. Su from the prior visits was excellent. However, during my recent appointment, I had to wait nearly two hours. She then sent one of her associates to review my case, which was inconvenient, as I felt like I had to start over again with her associate, so I left before seeing Dr. Su. I expected a phone call to apologize and received an update on my appointment. Left my lab work and did not hear from her. It has now been two weeks, and there has still been no returned phone call.
