Dr. Timothy Leigh, DDS

I took the day off of work for a scheduled appointment. I was called 1 hour before my scheduled appointment time and told they canceled my appointment and rescheduled me 3 weeks later without providing the time of the new appointment the staff hung up on me. I had to attempted to call back 3 times the phone rang one time each attempt and disconnected. I waited a few and called back they answered I asked what time was the new appointment scheduled for they provided the time for the appointment and hung up abruptly again on me. I’m a fairly new patient this would’ve been my second appointment and it was to fix a tooth this time. I don’t know enough about the doctor but the staff could use some additional training in customer care.
