Overall my experience with this practice was NOT GOOD!!!! I supplied them with with my insurance information to determine my out of pocket costs for this procedure as it was prep for other dental work which was already pretty costly. Tracy told me my out of pocket cost would be $179 which I paid prior to the start of the process. A few weeks later I received a bill from Dr. Lin’s office for $575. I would not have agreed to the dental work if I knew the TRUE cost up front, I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and really feel I’ve been scammed. Tracy’s last words to me were “we’ll just send it to collection.” If you want to be treated with respect, steer clear of Lehigh Valley Endodontics.
