He's been my children's doctor for 15 yrs. He and his staff know my children by name. I can call and easily speak to a nurse or she calls back within 30 minutes and his office Mgr is so nice and willing to help. Dr. Lorenz keeps up with recent medical studies, he's patient, and thorough. Appts are more available than other practices, and our longest wait time has been 10 minutes, but is usually only 5. We moved and could change to a pediatrician a mile away, but he is worth the 45 minute drive.
