The first physician I saw made you feel like you were interrupting the flow of his day and did very little to help the problem. Dr D did listen and offer treatments but could not deliver on the follow through. The staff always dropped the ball. He ordered inserts; they couldn't find them. He found them and I wore them home that day; They call me 2 weeks later to say come and get them.He offered a procedure that had a high success rate that needed to be done elsewhere. I accepted it only to learn that they didn't know where it could be performed. He ordered an MRI and gave me paperwork to bring with me to the appointment. His staff would make the appointment and then call me. That never happened. I took the paperwork and made the appointment myself then had the information sent to another Dr..No one can ever answer a question. You must go through a call center that never communicates with the office. ... Dr. D is decent; the system is awful. I am out of space or I would say more !
