Dr. Ryan did the prep work on my tooth for a crown. At one point, Dr. Ryan decided to take a break from finishing the prep work on my tooth to call a buddy to get a tee time for their golf game! As a result of this distraction, it left me wondering about the quality of the dental work because a couple months later, decay was found on the tooth underneath my new crown, as my new dentist showed me x-rays revealing the decay, which now has to be totally replaced along with the prep work! I'm now out a total of $1624.00! I sent Dr. Ryan a letter expressing my frustration After a couple weeks, Dr. Ryan phoned me & explained, in great detail, from a dentist’s standpoint, what the problem was. The decay underneath my new crown was not Dr. Ryan’s fault. The dentist who put the new crown on apparently did not fit the crown properly. I give Dr. Ryan a lot of credit for reaching out to me in a professional & courteous manner to explain the situation in detail to my satisfaction.
