"Dr. Jacob was recommended as a good provider. However, the first thing she did was asked to record the conversation with her personal phone like I was a criminal. She corrected me at least 3 times when I accidentally called her Mrs. instead of Doctor like a high school English teacher “Ahh It’s DOCTOR”. I am a 30 year Army Combat Veteran, I don’t insist being called “Sergeant First Class” nor do I correct those who don’t. But that wasn’t all. I was supposed to get a flu shot while there. When Dr. Jacob finished talking, she left without saying what else to do. I sat there for 20-25 minutes until I looked outside my room. Everybody was gone except for janitors! One said Dr. Jacob was still in her office. When I went there to see why she left me with no information and she dismissed me with a curt apology, waived me away with her hand. Then she went back to typing like I wasn’t there"
