He brought in materials for surgery in his pockets and dumped them onto my gurney where my not clean feet were and put on gloves without washing hands, touched many things with gloves on, including tape he dropped on the floor and picked up. He put new sterile gloves on before cutting open my back but took the old ones off & touched the new ones to put on w/o sterilizing his hands. Kept touching & getting supplies against my feet, and open wound. Left bloody gauze on my gurney.
