Ever since Todd has moved in to the IU Health podiatry facility, my wife who has been a patient of Dr. Reed's for years, has been treated like absolute garbage by the office manager. Additionally, Todd's demeanor seems to have become less caring on a personal level, and more detached and business oriented. My wife has had a history of foot ulcers, and Todd always said to let him know personally if any problems arose between her regular foot check ups. We called today, 5-1-25, with a concern and were told to email a photo for the evaluation team to assess. Seriously? After being treated very rudely by the office manager when calling back for some kind of answer to our concerns, we decided that enough was enough. Sadly, we are transferring my wife's care to another doctor.
