I am beyond disappointed with my denial letter.. I have several Tarlov cysts. I was told by a receptionist there that he has work on them before. They requested I send my disc and report (although they got ahold of it before my package made it). Waste of $7 for the shipping sticker.. I was called very quickly after he reviewed my MRI. Denial reason "No damage to sacral nerve." I was completely heartbroken. It's symptomatic and they didn't bother to ask. I love in pain every single day. My back. Sciatic nerve. Headaches everyday.. Urinary retention and crippling ovulation pain. Along with pain in my uterine and ovarian area. My pcp, GI and gyno all narrowed down my symptoms to potential being the cysts. As I've had laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, cystoscopy. Then an endoscopy and colonoscopy.. This was my only hope at getting relief from this. Now, I have to search in Dallas for someone who will do it.. or at least talk to me about it.
