I haven't met a doctor. I came to the office in person to schedule a 2nd opinion appointment for a cataract surgery with Light Adjustable IOls. I requested to have my records and measurements to be used in order to determine applicability in my case. The robot-like drone at the front desk was only replying that it's not how the office works. I asked how many surgeries of the type that I'm looking for the doctor had done, the answer, again, was that I would have to see the doctor, have all preliminary testing done in order to get answers to basic questions. I requested a call from the nurse or coordinator. Never received one. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate attitude.
