I scheduled this appnt as a new patient and a cleaning. The dental hygienist was nice but we had to wait for the scanner to start the appointment and that took about 20 min. We then did all the xrays and gum exam. This took about 1 1/2 hours. The front desk needed some verification of my periodontal history and then I had to wait for about 15 min for the Dentist to do his exam. I had to schedule another date for the cleaning. The people are nice but the process was really slow.
