The male medical assistant is strange and made my children feel very uncomfortable. He barged into the room without announcing before they could be redressed. Each time I have had a callback from the office, he offers a weird and unsolicited opinion that has nothing to do with the reason that I called. Dr. Hurley is okay, but the office is old and dingy and feels very "low rent." We've been to the office twice and I've never seen another patient in the office, which makes me think we were late in getting the memo. We'll be transferring our records immediately after another disappointing interaction.
