Dr White is ok. My husband sees her for injections when he is able to make an appointment or even talk to an office staff member. He is needing his lidocaine patches refilled and he’s called. He’s left messages. He’s called and left messages again he’s been on hold. No one ever answers. He still needed his lidocaine patches. We’re not able to get a hold of any staff or get a callback from anyone in the office, this is unacceptable and poor patient care. it makes you wonder about the rest of the care you receive while you’re there
