I saw Tracy almost 5 years ago, and I will never forget how dismissive, un knowledgeable, and unprofessional she was. First of all, she couldn’t have been any less empathetic. I was struggling, undiagnosed, and having severe heart problems. After one visit and a ONE day holter monitor, she ultimately told me that there was nothing she could do to help. Exact words. She told me to “cough while bending over if I feel pain”. She made me feel unimportant. I have since seen other cardiologists, who have not only diagnosed me, but have taken a thorough interest in my health and treatment. I’m not sure if she will ever understand the mental toll of waiting for 7 months to get an appointment, just for a doctor to tell you they can’t help. Not really sure if you treat all your patients this way, but even one is bad enough.
