I have called this office three different days and left messages. I have an 11 year old son that was treated at Mercy Hospital on Sunday the 16th of April for a sprain and possible fracture. I was told to call your office for a follow up. Like I said I have tried three times and am not happy that you have not returned my calls. What do I have to do?
