I presented to ED after a significant fall, she order CT scan from head to pelvis, previously recorded pathology MISSING AND took the radiologist something like 33 minutes to review several 100 CT imaging. My PCP said to advocate for admission and she refused, sent me home in a few hours with OTC med. SHE HERSELF NOTED my liver values were high and made some side remark like that was “normal” for me. Excuse Me, but No!
