Bad communication after test results pull through. The nurse who returned my call after I called multiple times sounded like she had no idea what she’s talking about. It’s important to call patients to explain their results and also make sure you yourself understand the results before explaining especially when cancer could be a factor. Also, it’s unnecessary to schedule an in person appointment to prolong the discussion of results even further, just tell us. This doctor/nurse gave my family a lot of anxiety
