Dr. Walter has been my doctor for over 20 years. I saw him first for a checkup on my hip replacement. . The next time I saw him was in 2013 when I had fallen down the stairs was released from the hospital and went to rehab facility with a sore elbow. After 10 days of extreme pain and doctors who said there was nothing wrong I called Dr. Walters. He took x-rays and said that he had it was broken and had been broken prior to my hospital visit. He operated and did a great job considering the bad
