Great office staff and hygienist who is also his wife and his office manager. Absolutely unacceptably poor quality of his technician’s skills and poor communication skills . If I specifically stated I don’t want to get a movie star Hollywood white teeth, that doesn’t mean I should accept grey teeth which Dr. Griffiths decided I would like . Also , he left me leave his office with an abscess which I’ve got to treat for a long time and discovered I’ve got one after I visited another dentist! When I expressed my disappointment with a final results, he got rid of me as a patient claiming I yelled at his staff and I should bring my business somewhere else . The truth is on my side and he hides now behind he sad she sad game , and it is impossible to win while his wife and office staff would understandably stand behind him . You know Mr. Griffiths, your technician and you did a poor job . I am not the only unhappy client of yours . You’ve got to live with that . It is on your conscious.
