Had follow-up appointment after surgery. Placed in exam room shortly after I arrived and waited close to an hour in the exam room before Dr. Ford arrived. Had a 2nd follow-up appointment after surgery, placed in exam room shortly after I arrived and waited close to an hour in the exam room before Dr. Ford arrived. I find this treatment unacceptable! If Dr. Ford cannot anticipate the time spent with his patients, he ought to book his appointments accordingly. I am not happy AT ALL with this kind of treatment!
