How likely are you to recommend Dr. Arnott?
Dr Arnott was my doctor between 2003 and approx. 2012. Medi-cals health reform forced me to lose him as my doctor as he does not take health net and I cannot afford uc Davis, with being disabled on disability. I would, and have, and still do today, highly recommend him to others. I wish I could have him back as my doctor. My health has gone downhill and has not been stable at all since losing him as my doctor.
