Dr Lopez is utterly unknowledgeable, unfamiliar and lacks the understanding of medical terminology and prescriptions. We've always had one primary care physician who was able to handle everything necessary on a preventative level yet after one visit he suggested we needed a cardiologist (just to control a slight elevation in blood pressure), pulmonologist (because of the seldom use of an inhaler), infectious disease (for the use of prep which is a preventative measure--neither one of us have an infectious disease), a nutritionist (for the use of Saxenda to maintain weight loss) and a psychiatrist for ADHD which we've had since childhood. Every prescription medication we have he had to ask what is it and what's it for. I had to finally ask him what do you know and what exactly can you do? As a new patient he spent no more than 15 minutes with us each. He listened to my husbands heart and lungs and took vitals yet failed to take any of my vitals. We've never had a physician like this in
