Let me first start by saying, Dr Udele is a very nice doctor. It just sucks that she allows such unpleasant staff to work for her. I saw Dr Udele in January as an out of state patient. At my visit the staff was more concerned about having a conversation about recipes for Spanish food dishes rather than giving the patient (me) privacy during my appointment. I requested an additional service with my blood work exam and the admin / plebotomist / whatever else she is (Jessica) assured me that the results would include such information. I had to chase them down for 4 weeks for the results only to have to then call LabCorp for them to tell me that she did not request it. I also had to call repeatedly to have my other test results and prescription sent to me because Ive decided to see a different Dr to perform my surgery. I finally got my lab & imaging results after a month plus. Im still waiting on my prescription to be pre-auth after it was sent to my pharmacy (more than a week ago). I try my best to stick with Women of Color physicians however this one I unfortunately have to pass on and I would not recommend her services to anyone else considering the lack of professionalism her staff has and you must avoid her nastiest employee by the name Michelle at all costs. She doesnt care about her job and has such a nasty attitude. Once the staff changes maybe I would consider but dealing with them and nothing getting done is such an inconvenience to Dr Udele Randalls patients. I guess I'll just go to another doctor to finish up my requests since this place is holding me up from scheduling my procedure with another specialist. I highly do not recommend you waste your time going here. Sorry Dr Randall, but you staff is the reason for the 1 Star
