I have been seeing Dr. Haque for over 5 years. In October of 2019, I was told by Tori that Dr. Haque will no longer be accepting out of network insurance. She stated that the paperwork was, “too much”. I had seen several dentists since 2020 and each has told me that I have severe problems with the work that was done. I was referred to UIC Prosthodontists. Long story short, I have several issues with the implants and crowns that Dr. Haque had put in. I was told the only way to correctly fix this would be full mouth rehab. That means every single tooth that Dr. Haque had worked on which is my entire mouth. I was told that this would cost $75,000.00 upfront and would take over a year to complete. On October 6, 2022, I did go back to Dr. Haque. He stated he could fix the problems for less than the amount UIC would charge. The cost is more than I can afford. This problem is causing physical pain and the stress of knowing the entire implants need to come out is unnerving.
