Dr. Wadood is the best! I have seen him for 25 years and he has been available for a quick call if needed. He's recently had an entire change in office staff. The previous business manager was very helpful and kind. I was discussing a prescription issue with the new receptionist. She was not understanding my concern. I tried to explain it to her a couple of times and then I gave up. I had muttered the word "stupid" under my breath AFTER ending the conversation. It was a thought out loud to myself regarding the SITUATION and i thought the call was disconnected. I was later verbally assaulted by his business manager, Janice. Then she fired me from his care. I called back to clarify the plan going forward and she told me if I called again she would press charges for telephone harassment. She was the one yelling at me and even admitted to it. I was very distressed at how she treated me. It was very upsetting. The whole situation was blown out of proportion. She didn't give me the opportunity to talk to Dr. Wadood about the situation. I firmly believe she didn't even talk to him about what occurred. It's sad because she will be the ruin of his practice. I highly recommend him but be prepared for his very rude staff.
