Dr. Phillips treated me for a minor ER complaint during a busy day for them. I waited a while, which is to be expected. When she treated me, she was warm, efficient, funny & professional. During my treatment she revealed her shift had already ended and she continued to deliver amazing care. Our interaction was brief but I had also observed her with other patients, and I am impressed and grateful for her professionalism.
