As a doctor I absolutely love and adore her and she deserves 5 stars but I am so upset that she is leaving the practice and I was told last minute. However, if I could separate north well health from Dr. Dinnall I would and I would have to give them one star. Northwell needs to do better on keeping their doctors in the practice and keeping their patients happy. Having these doctors constantly come in and out of their doors does not look good on them and the fact that they can’t keep their staff happy long enough to stay for more than a year leaves a lot to say on their management skills.
