Paid copay and waited for an hour to be told that they didn’t have the referral. My PCP had faxed it over several times and called me twice to schedule the appointment. Then Jamwants office told my PCP that I was a no show! How’d I get a receipt paying for the copay! Then I called to get a refund only to be told I have to come to the office. It’s an office that is split between urgent care and a podiatrist. Constantly crazy busy! I won’t be back!
