No bedside manners, Dr. Basava gave me details on what she was going to do and then on the day of procedure made a pre determination on what she was going to do. When I questioned her about that and stated that she told me when she pulled my tooth then she would be able to let me know if she was able to insert the fake tooth or not, she point out that she didnt appreciate me calling her a liar. " I never did call her a lier, I point out to her the facts, she told me that she was pulling the tooth, she told me then and only then their was a small chance she could put in the fake tooth at that time however there was a chance" she got mad when I called her out and didnt like me challenging her in repeating her own words back to her. Then she proceeded to start. I can't prove this however you can tell by pressure , she deliberately broke off my tooth and then dug aggressively to get the root. She then fitted the flapper and said it looked good and got up saying have a nice day. Instructions would have been nice. She is aggressive, no bedside manners, and honestly cocky in attitude. Switching locations to have the rest of the work done. Never going back to her. Staff is nice.
