The entire office from front to back to the doctor himself. The fish always rots from the head down, so I am not surprised that his staff and nurses are the exact same reflection of him as a doctor.They are rude, phones never get answered and when I showed up in person to try to get an apt, or just a response, the nurses decided to gossip about how upset they were that I couldn’t just leave a voicemail. Keep in mind I had already left 4, also saying that I didn’t leave a call back number. But I've worked for a doctors office and I know how to leave a full msg. Then Dr. Hattori sees my mom weeks later after surgery and has the audacity to be upset that my mom didn’t have her surgery at Centinela closer to him He patched up an IV wound she had on her arm with no gauze, opening the blister again. And then claimed he couldn’t order her post op, cardiology related, labs. Now that my mom had her surgery I am 100 percent changing her doctor. This office sees patients as numbers not humans.
