He is very arrogant and coached me into saying things that would allow him to say I have a severe drug dependency. If i started saying something he didnt like, he would interrupt me and then put words in my mouth while his coworker writes them down as my own words. Karpyak and his team spent over an hour asking me questions about my life, only to report it all on paper incorrectly. They completely made up entire years of my drug use and history in general. I have not used since 2014 and now I have a drug evaluation on me that says I am a severe meth and heroin addict and that I need inpatient treatment. I took the evaluation and drug test to prove to my surgeon that I am no longer addicted to substances. I even passed the drug test across the board. I have messaged his office multiple times asking why they wrote down what they didthat wasnt true such as my past drug use and they have ignored me for weeks now. Dr.Karpyak is after your money and a way to feed his ego and nothing else.
