My experience with Dr. Chan was at Prompt Care. It was the worst Doctor interaction I've every experienced. He obviously didn't want to be there and told me he would not treat me. He told me to see my family Doctor or go to the E.R. When I try to tell him what brought me to Prompt Care his response was "I don't care." It was a very bad experience and because of lack of treatment at the time I ended up being hospitalized. The hospital staff felt my hospitalization most likely could have been avoided if Dr. Chan would have treated my infection with antibiotics when I visited Prompt Care.
