I had a very important appointment before having a serious operation on April 17th. I was scheduled for 4:00. I was contacted at 1:00 pm and asked if I could accommodate the doctor and get there at 3:00p. In spite of bring handicapped and having to spend time getting dressed and reaching out to my driver. I agreed to accommodate them It wasn't easy. The traffic on 301 between Bradenton and Sarasota was horrible. I called their office and told them I would be running about ten minutes late and the obnoxious cold hearted poor excuse for a human informed me she was canceling my appointment. She told me that out of the kindness of her heart she would allow me to be 5 minutes late.. I didn't think I could guarantee that so I returned home. So all of that hassle and expense was wasted..I was an officer for one the most repeated hospitals in America for 20 years. My job was to integrate our pathology services with private practice facilities I never was subjected to such poor treatment..
