So many different reasons to rate a 2... or not even. 1 - treatment on the chart that was never spoken about or a script written for, had to find out the next appointment it was even in the chart... NO SCRIPT for it was even given 2 - they are unable to process paper work correctly, something to do with credentialing at this time... was given a script for a medication and was not filled where I had to continuously call to check on things and was finally told this at the next appointment 3 - numerous times calling the office and put on hold, or told I would receive a phone call back and nothing.. had to keep calling myself. 4 - I had to bring up treatment plans - medications 5 - last straw, put on hold for 22 minutes... when I hung up and called back went to their call service... left a message and never received a call back 6 - and maybe the most alarming; when you are in office asking questions as to why the staff consistently throws each other under the bus saying it was this person
