Wish I had read these reviews before my appointment. I felt talked down to, made to feel like I was asking stupid questions. Lacking bedside manner is an understatement! The person who said the nurse make you turn off your cell phone is right probably so you won’t record him! I left there feeling hopeless and in tears but I am not giving up! Ask for a patient advocate! When I asked a question I was told “ I am a surgeon, you cannot ask a plumber to repair your car or something along those lines. May God forgive this man and Kaiser for having him treat patents this way!
