They dropped me as a patient for no reason immediately after laser surgery for my diabetic retinopathy. No one will tell me why, I have to wait for their certified letter. I had been with my retinal specialist Doctor Setlur for years. He even had me make another appointment. The clinic would not let me speak to him. Now I'm left having to worry about my eye with no post- surgical support. My bill is always paid in full. I make my appointments. Stay on the treatment plan. Am polite. I have no idea why they did this. Obviously I would not recommend a place that would do something like this to a patient. I liked my doctor, but this is strange and unacceptable. I am not able to speak with anyone there until Monday and my surgery was on Thursday.
