He examined me from a chair 5 feet away and somehow was able to examine my mouth and throat without having me open my mouth, determined normal neck and eye mobility without my participation, examined gait without having me walk, listened to my breath sounds without getting out of his chair or using a stethoscope, and examined my wound without looking at my wound prior to making a decision to refer me to a specialist that I requested billing me for a complex decision that apparently means deciding to refer me to a provider I can access without a referral.
