I was a prev patient many years ago in SB office for allergy testing that was ok. Now using SM office I got great consult for my issue mabe because he had a student in training observing? but follow up, getting returned calls or finding out status of authorization after repeated calls and waiting almost 2 months Im very frustrated and not receiving care or even any help to get better. Im at the point of trying to see a 2nd opinion to get relief. They keep saying they are understatffed. I get it but either hire someone or do better to care for all your current patients.
