I was referred by my PCP. The office visit lacked bedside manner. There was no explanation of the procedure, just a scope coming at my nostril. I was told that I would hear back after the CT scan. I didn't because their clinic showed up as spam. While I assume some responsibility in that, they also didn't follow up with my referring PCP. Many months later, with return of symptoms, I called and asked they send the result to my PCP before my upcoming visit with my PCP. They did not do that. Now I get to start over with another ENT, as I will not return to this clinic ever. I was simply a number or box to check, of which they didn't fully check.
