My 78 yr old Mom went to TCH ED on May 6th. She was seen by Dr Bell. The nurses were in someone else's chart to begin with. Someone else's labs ended up being posted in her chart. The Dr then began treating her based on the invalid results. She was there for inner ear issues and the Dr was only concerned about blood work showing she could be bleeding from someplace. She stated my mother was both anemic and had low iron. She wouldn't listen to my father or myself - this has nothing to do with why she came to the ER and the labs didn't make sense. Her labs were done less than a month ago and everything was fine. She proceeded to order urine and stool samples, looking for blood. Obviously there was none so she discharged my Mom and told her to follow up with her primary care Dr. She never listened, didn't treat her for the reason she was there and was too concerned with moving onto the next patient. To say this doctor should have her license revoked is an understatement.

Terrible experience. Dr. Bell is not a compassionate doctor that will treat you as less than human. Terrible outcome that cost me my health and mental well being. This wouldn’t have been posted if she would have called and simply had a human discussion and posted an apology so I have to revert to reviews and complaints to patient relations and the medical board. Stay clear of this doctor!
