Great professional

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. She is highly unprofessional and extremely rude. I felt like I was a huge inconvenience to her. She was not open to hearing any of the concerns about my child. She did not seem to read her notes before seeing us, because she contradicted herself in so many ways in our short conversation. Stating there was certain things that were never told to her the first time we seen her, which is very untrue. The first time I met her I had said I will give you a little backstory of what’s going on with my child and she cut me off and said that she did not need to hear his whole life story that parents want to come in and talk for 30 minutes and that was my first impression but I feel like telling my son’s health history is important because this is why we were seeing the Ent so I’m not sure why she didn’t want any past history. I brush that off and that is when I came in for the second time now, and I am just in shock how we were treated she didn’t remember anything from our first visit. I had very high concerns of what was going on with my son, and she refused to hear anything I was saying, stood up and said that it was the end of the day, and she had no time for this, and walked out of the room while I was still talking. I am not sure how she still has her license but I feel she needs to find another profession because how rude she is. This is not the one for her and how uneducated she seem to be I have high concerns for the health care system. It’s very upsetting and I wish I would have read the reviews before hand. I did not know she had so many bad reviews.
